Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
4
cups frozen shredded hash browns
1 ½ c. shredded cheddar or jack cheese
1 ½ c. crumbled (cooked) sausage (or can use ham-fully cooked and cubed)
8 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. chopped green onions
Salt and Pepper to taste

Put
frozen hash browns in 9x13 in. baking pan, cover with cheese and follow with
meat.
Sprinkle with green onions.
Sprinkle with green onions.
Cover
and refrigerate overnight.
Bake
at 350* for 55-60 minutes.
