Serving Up Rainbows

Today was a day of colorful batter, silly sprinkles, and fluffy clouds!

Three young ladies took the above ingredients (with a few others things too)
and created some lovely rainbows!

The rainbows were then delivered to some special individuals in our community!

This opportunity gave the girls (and their mothers) a chance to
grow their friendships, have fun, and serve others.

Lucky for me, I was one of those mothers! :)
The other mother's post about this day you can find here.

I feel fortunate to have witnessed the smiles
on both the receiver's and the giver's faces!

If you would like to try this recipe,
you can find it by clicking the title below!

Do you have any "serving" ideas you would like to share?
I would really enjoy hearing them!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Love this idea! A few years ago, one of my daughter's chose rainbows for her birthday party. I so wish I knew of these cakes then. However, I like the idea of using them to share God's love even more. What a wonderful way to brighten someone's day and share a message of hope.
