Honey Pork Chops-Freezer Meal Recipe

Honey Pork Chops                                                               Given by: J.K.- 2013

6 boneless pork chops

½  C. Honey
¼ C. Cider Vinegar
¼ t. ground giner
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. soy sauce
Dash of pepper                                                                               6 servings

Cooking day instructions

Place all ingredients except the pork chops in blender and mix thoroughly.  Place pork chops and blended mixture in freezer bag.  Seal securely. Freeze, using freezer bag method.  (which is laying the bag flat in a pan, for instance a jelly roll pan in freezer, when froze you can remove pan. )

Serving day instructions
Thaw completely. Place pork chops and marinade in baking dish.  Bake at 350 degress for 1 ¼ hours, turning chops occasionally while baking. Try covering with foil so chops do not get dry.

Hint
Pork chops may also be grilled.

Original recipe from Don't Panic Dinners in the Freezer cookbook

After trying these, they are EXCELLENT on the grill! I would highly recommend them!
